Acceptance of Terms
By creating a Forever Page, submitting information, or completing payment through MyDogForever, operated by World Canine Union LLC ("WCU"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Membership Benefits
- • A lifetime Forever Page — living profile and candle-lit memorial
- • World Canine Union registration + certificate, ready to download and print
- • Lifetime membership with no annual fees
- • MyDogForever member partner discounts
- • Eligibility for future member features and community programs
Digital Service Continuity
Your one-time membership fee provides immediate substantial value exceeding the payment amount. We maintain your dog's Forever Page using industry-standard services (Supabase, Vercel, Resend, Github, Cloudflare, etc.) and will continue access for as long as World Canine Union LLC operates.
However, we cannot guarantee permanent digital preservation against:
- Business closure or acquisition
- Third-party service provider failures
- Catastrophic data loss events
- Internet infrastructure collapse
By completing membership, you acknowledge: This fee provides excellent value for services rendered, with our commitment to best-effort continuity during our operation.
Charter Members
Charter member status is a limited recognition offered to early members during the launch of MyDogForever. This designation acknowledges participation during our founding period.
Charter member recognition does not confer ownership, governance rights, or financial interest in World Canine Union LLC.
Service Availability & Digital Records
MyDogForever and World Canine Union LLC make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate records and continuous service. However, uninterrupted access, permanent data retention, and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed due to factors including system failures, disasters, or third-party service interruptions.
Payments & Refund Policy
Membership fees are one-time and non-refundable. Digital benefits — including member numbers, certificates, and Forever Pages — are issued immediately upon successful payment. MyDogForever member partner discounts and future member features are provided at our discretion and may change over time.
